HEALTH INSURANCE PROVISION FOR 200 PEOPLE IN 2012

Just (£5) per person can make a significant difference to some of the poorest people living in Rwanda who are unable to afford to pay for their own health insurance. Unfortunately, not all the population is able to afford medical insurance or the necessary money to pay the added cost of medical provision. Therefore many health centres and hospitals constantly struggle to meet the running costs of providing medical care and the necessary equipment to deliver the most basic level of treatment. This small sum of money will provide 12 months’ basic health cover! Rwanda Legacy of Hope has coved the costs of health insurance for 200 people for 1 year in Kamonyi District and Ngororero District.
